At Oshun Studios, we offer unique 1 of 1 customization for your Pilates reformer using our advanced 3D configuration program called Angle3D. This allows you to create a reformer that perfectly matches your style and preferences.
Since our store is operated by Shopify, you can easily check your order status by logging into your account on our website. You will also receive email updates with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Our hours of operation are from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Bespoke Pilates allows you to fully customize your reformer. You can choose the color of the frame, the type of leather (PU vs. microfiber), and the type of springs (normal, premium, exquisite). This ensures you get a one-of-a-kind piece that suits your exact needs and tastes.

Order Returns

Since our bespoke Pilates equipment is customized to your specific needs and preferences, we generally do not accept returns on these items. However, if there is a defect or issue with the product that is due to our manufacturing process, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Yes, we accept returns for standard, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details, and they will guide you through the return process.
If your bespoke Pilates equipment arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will require photos of the damage and your order details.
