Billing terms.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna. All prices are listed and charged in US dollars.

Your payment method is charged in full at checkout. Because every reformer is custom built, production is scheduled against confirmed, paid orders.

Klarna installment options are available at checkout where eligible. Your agreement with Klarna governs installment timing.

The listed price includes your equipment and free white glove delivery within the 48 contiguous United States. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

For studio partnerships and multi-unit orders we also accept ACH transfer and bank wire, and net terms are available for qualifying studios.

Invoiced studio orders require a 50 percent deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Deposits are non-refundable once production begins.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, orders are final sale.

Payments are processed by our secure, encrypted payment gateway. Your full payment details are never stored on our servers.

If you believe there is an error with a charge, contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank. We respond to billing questions within two business days and resolve legitimate errors promptly.
