Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the lead time?
Every reformer is custom-built to order. Production and preparation take 6 to 9 weeks, then freight delivery takes 10 to 14 business days. Total estimated delivery is 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation.
What is included with each unit?
Every Ladder Barrel arrives studio ready: white glove delivery, your logo engraved or set in metal at no setup fee, and 95% assembly done before it reaches your door.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
We replace the affected unit at no cost and cover return freight.
Oak or Maple, which frame should I choose?
Both use the same solid steel core and orthopedic surface. Oak is the volume build for studios where cost per unit leads. Maple is the signature build for design forward spaces. Same warranty either way.
Do you support studio owners after purchase?
You get direct access to our team: a real person for equipment questions, setup guidance and troubleshooting, plus partner studios across the US you can visit before you decide.
