Every reformer is custom-built to order. Production and preparation take 6 to 9 weeks, then freight delivery takes 10 to 14 business days. Total estimated delivery is 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation.
What is included with each reformer?
Every Origin Reformer arrives studio ready: white glove delivery, your logo set at no setup fee, and 95% assembly done before it reaches your door.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
We replace the affected unit at no cost and cover return freight.
Which springs should I choose?
Every Origin Reformer ships with a full commercial grade spring set. Standard springs are Kiswire, South Korea. Pro springs are drawn by DRAHTWERK WAGENER in Germany. Most studios choose Pro.
