Custom builds run 8 to 12 weeks from confirmation to delivery. In stock standard builds ship from our USA warehouse within 24 hours. Studio orders carry our guarantee: past three months, we pay you.

Every Origin Reformer arrives studio ready: white glove delivery, your logo set at no setup fee, and 95% assembly done before it reaches your door.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
We replace the affected unit at no cost and cover return freight. Your opening stays on schedule.
Which springs should I choose?
Every Origin Reformer ships with a full commercial grade spring set. Standard springs are Kiswire, South Korea. Pro springs are drawn by DRAHTWERK WAGENER in Germany. Most studios choose Pro, and studio partners never pay for replacements either way.
