Studio Partnerships

We do not sell reformers.
We build studios.

Equipment, spatial planning, brand identity, delivery, and a standing relationship with the people who built your machines. Two studio partnerships per quarter, so every build receives our full attention.

A studio is a hundred decisions.
You should not make them alone.

Most equipment brands end the relationship at the loading dock. Ours begins there. Opening a boutique studio means layout, identity, logistics, pricing, and a dozen details that separate the studios clients photograph from the ones they forget.

Every Oshun partnership includes the work around the reformers, because the reformers are the easy part. What follows is included with every studio build. Nothing on this list is sold separately, and nothing is optional for us to deliver.

Included With Every Partnership

The eight commitments.

01

The 12 Month Component Warranty

Moving parts and upholstery are covered for 12 months from delivery. Consumables are excluded from the warranty.

Springs are the exception. Studio partners receive lifetime spring replacement, parts and shipping covered, with no schedule to track. Studio partners are studios that order three or more units.

02

Brand and Palette

Logo, mood board, and a complete color palette, developed with you and matched directly to your reformer upholstery. Your equipment and your identity read as one considered whole, from the front door to the footbar.

03

White Glove Delivery

Freight delivery with liftgate, placement in your room of choice, unpacking, and packaging removal. Included with every order. Arrives 95 percent assembled.

04

The Vision Session

A private planning session on your exact floor plan: reformer placement, traffic flow, sightlines, atmosphere, and the amenities that move a space from functional to boutique. Informed by studios already running at capacity.

05

A Person, Not a Portal

Direct access to our team for equipment questions, setup guidance, and honest advice from people who have helped open studios across the country. A commitment of this size deserves a human on the other end.

06

The Founders' Playbook

Three working guides on pricing strategy, client retention, and revenue scaling, drawn from real, documented studio launches. Patterns, not theory.

07

The Numbers, Before the Lease

A tax-ready financial model covering rent, instructor costs, class capacity, pricing tiers, and your break-even timeline. Built so your accountant can work from it directly, before you commit to a space.

The single most repeated wish from studio owners: that someone had run the real numbers with them first.

08

Opening Day, Handled

A curated kit of day-one essentials: rings, balls, mats, and accessories chosen for your programming, arriving with your reformers. The week before opening is chaotic enough. This part already is not.

The Arrangement

You invest in the equipment.
Everything else is our commitment.

No line items, no upsells, no packages to compare. Every partnership receives all eight commitments in full, because a studio that opens well stays open.

Before You Ask

Questions, answered.

What is a bespoke Pilates reformer and how does it work?

Every Oshun reformer is built to order. You choose the wood, Oak or Maple, the upholstery color, the spring type, and the frame finish. For studio orders we match your reformer upholstery directly to your brand colors and engrave your studio logo into every frame. It is not a catalog pick. It is your studio, materialized.

What's the difference between Oak and Maple?

Oak is the volume build: durable Thai Oak, the same 440 lb capacity and reliable mechanics, made for studios where ROI and consistency lead the decision. Maple is the signature build: American Maple with our aluminum rail system replacing traditional steel on the carriage glide and pulley, for a smoother, quieter, longer-lasting action. If your studio is design-forward or your clients notice details, Maple is the move.

How long is the lead time?

Every reformer is custom-built to order. Production and preparation take 6 to 9 weeks, then freight delivery takes 10 to 14 business days. Total estimated delivery is 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation.

Which Pilates reformer should I buy?

For studio owners outfitting a commercial space, the Timber Reformer is the core choice: Oak for volume builds, Maple for premium positioning. For class-driven floors running group formats, the Origin Reformer is the fleet tier. Not sure? Request a quote and we will walk through it with you.

What springs do you use?

Every reformer ships with 6 commercial-grade springs, more than the industry standard of 5, for finer resistance control and more even load distribution. You choose between Pro, drawn by DRAHTWERK WAGENER in Germany, and Standard, made by Kiswire in South Korea. Studio partners receive lifetime spring replacement, parts and shipping covered, so most choose Pro. For a detailed comparison, visit our Spring Options Guide.

What's included with a studio order?

Every studio partnership includes the Complete Studio Build, over $18,000 in included services, itemized line by line in your proposal: a full brand package with logo, mood board, and color-matched upholstery, freight delivery, a studio vision consultation, the Six-Figure Studio Playbook, the live ROI calculator, a studio opening kit, and dedicated personal support. You pay for the reformers. Everything else is on us.

What does the 12 Month Component Warranty cover?

Moving parts and upholstery are covered for 12 months from delivery. Consumables such as springs, straps, ropes, loops and handles are excluded.

What warranty do you offer?

Frame and footbar: 10 years. Reformer components: 12 months, full coverage. Springs: lifetime for studio partners. If any unit arrives damaged, we replace it and cover the return freight. Your opening stays on schedule.

How does delivery work?

For studio orders we coordinate the full freight logistics: shipping and white glove delivery to your door. Freight delivery with liftgate, placement in your room of choice, unpacking, and packaging removal. Included with every order. Arrives 95 percent assembled.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo. Studio orders can also pay by ACH or wire, and net terms are available for multi-unit studio builds. If you are working against a buildout timeline, reach out and we will structure the payments around it.

How do I get a quote for my studio?

Visit our studio quote page, tell us about your space, and we will put together a personalized proposal, typically within 24 hours. Include your unit count, timeline, wood preference, and any vision details you have. The more we know, the better we can build it.

Can I visit a studio that uses Oshun reformers?

Yes. Partner studios across the US welcome visits by appointment, from Scottsdale to New York. Tell us your location and we will connect you with the nearest partner studio. Nothing replaces feeling the carriage glide in person.
