How long is the lead time?
Every reformer is custom-built to order. Production and preparation take 6 to 9 weeks, then freight delivery takes 10 to 14 business days. Total estimated delivery is 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation.
What is included with each unit?
Every Jet Reformer arrives studio ready: white glove delivery, your logo set at no setup fee, and 95% assembly done before it reaches your door.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
We replace the affected unit at no cost and cover return freight. Your opening stays on schedule.
Is anything else needed to start?
No. The Jet arrives as a complete apparatus: eight springs, three rope lengths, box platform, correction stick, bands, dumbbells and carabiners. A full class plan out of the crate.
Do you support studio owners after purchase?
You get direct access to our team: a real person for equipment questions, setup guidance and troubleshooting, plus partner studios across the US you can visit before you decide.
