I'm used to Balanced Body reformers. Decided to take a gamble and got the timber tower editions. I'm very happy that it exceeded my expectation - they're heavier and sturdy - don't budge during jump board. white upholstery still looks brand new after 6 months of classes which shocked me honestly

went with the forest green for my second location and no regrets. 8 units, took about 10 weeks which was fine since we were still doing build out anyway. saved enough vs balanced body that I could upgrade on other stuffs. i love them, clients love them, instructors love them

2. I’ve used this unit before- ideal height (not too low, not too high), stable frame, and able to store it vertically
3. Lead time - other companies quoted a four months lead time and 2 months for Oshun was not bad at all.

This Cadillac Reformer is a total game changer! I’ve trained on different reformers and equipment at various studios, but nothing compares to having this allinone setup at home. It’s exactly what I wanted, high-quality, sturdy, and versatile. Honestly, it feels like having a full studio experience in my home gym.

I have been taking pilates for over 100 classes and the studio I was going to was not advancing with my progress. So I decided to buy my own reformer. I’m so impressed with the quality of this reformer! Assembly was easy enough and the build feels sturdy and high end. It glides quietly and smoothly, making every workout a joy. I had a small issue with one part, but Oshun handled it instantly, shipped a replacement that arrived in no time. Excellent customer service.

The quality of the product is very good, and there is almost no noise during exercise. Yoga in the rest area will not affect other people. The workmanship is very delicate and the spring stretch recovery effect is also very good. I am very satisfied.

Honest review: I liked the idea of working with them as a partner, not just a-buy-and-leave vendor. For instance, I sent Justin a mood board and he helped me pick the exact leathe that matched my vision, personalized invoice / proposal, QC photos before shipping, studio pricing kit and other resources...etc

Order process was smooth - I was constantly updated. But the freight delivery experience was not so great - it was mainly due to estes.

I opened my second location and decided to stock it with 10 Timber Reformers instead of the usual industrial metal ones to save on startup costs. The reformer stays put during heavy jumpboard classes, it doesn't slide across the floor, which is a massive safety plus. If you are a studio looking for that 'premium' wood look without the $5k+ price tag per bed, this is the one.
