Moving parts and upholstery covered for 12 months from delivery.

Reported within 5 days of delivery, we replace parts or the unit.

10 years
Frame structure, footbar, mounting mechanism, structural hardware. All models, Oak and Maple, Classic and Tower.
Moving Parts
12 months
Carriage wheels and bearings, rail bearings, pulleys, rope mechanisms, headrest adjustment.
Upholstery and Leather
12 months
Manufacturing defects in pads, foam, peeling, cracking, delamination under normal use.
Springs are consumables and sit outside the standard warranty. Studio partners receive lifetime spring replacement, parts and shipping covered: see Lifetime Spring Replacement below.

For validated claims. If a part has been discontinued we supply equal value or full credit.
Arrived damaged? Contact us immediately and we replace damaged components at no cost.
The Fine Print
Nothing hidden.
What is not covered
The following items are consumables that naturally degrade through use and are excluded from the warranty:
- Springs
- Straps and ropes
- Loops, handles, and fuzzies
- Protective pads and covers
- Sitting box
Springs are the exception for studio partners, who receive lifetime spring replacement with parts and shipping covered.
Warranty exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratches, dents, and gradual performance decline from regular use.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow the product manual.
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair by anyone not approved by Oshun Studios.
- Damage caused by improper storage, including exposure to extreme temperatures, excessive humidity, direct sunlight, or corrosive environments.
- Damage incurred during final setup performed by the customer or a third party.
- Damage caused by accidents or acts of God.
- Minor cosmetic variations between website images and product received.
- Failure to provide valid proof of purchase.
Terms and conditions
- Warranty start date: Date of delivery confirmation.
- Original purchaser only: This warranty is non-transferable under any circumstances.
- No warranty reset: Replacement parts or repairs do not extend or restart coverage. The original delivery date applies.
- Proof of purchase: We advise all purchasers to retain invoices for warranty purposes.
- Limitation of liability: This warranty supersedes and replaces all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Oshun Studios be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind. No representative, employee, or agent of Oshun Studios is authorized to assume additional liability beyond what is described above.
