Product Warranty

Here at Oshun Studios, we stand behind the build quality of every piece of equipment we ship. Our warranty coverage is the same regardless of model, wood type, or order size — because every studio partner and home client deserves the same level of support.

Warranty Coverage

Frame & Footbar — 10 Years Covers the frame structure, footbar, footbar mounting mechanism, and all structural hardware (bolts, screws, brackets). This applies to all timber models including Oak and Maple, Classic and Tower editions.

Moving Parts — 12 Months Covers carriage wheels and bearings, rail bearings, pulley mechanisms, rope system mechanisms, and headrest adjustment components.

Upholstery & Leather — 12 Months Covers manufacturing defects in carriage pad leather and foam, headrest pad, and shoulder rest pads. This includes peeling, cracking, and delamination under normal use.

What's Not Covered

The following items are consumables that naturally degrade through use and are not covered under warranty:

  • Springs
  • Straps and ropes
  • Loops, handles, and fuzzies
  • Protective pads and covers
  • Sitting box

Transit Damage

If your equipment arrives with damage caused by shipping, contact us immediately at hello@oshun-studios.com. Include photos of the damage (multiple angles) and a brief description of what you're seeing. Oshun Studios will replace damaged components at no cost to you.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If a defect is found during normal use within the warranty period, contact us at hello@oshun-studios.com with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect (multiple angles)
  • Your proof of purchase

Oshun Studios will evaluate the claim and coordinate a replacement at no cost for validated warranty claims. If replacement is required and the original material or component has been discontinued, Oshun Studios reserves the right to supply equivalent merchandise of like value or offer full credit.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratches, dents, and gradual performance decline from regular use.
  2. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow the product manual.
  3. Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair by anyone not approved by Oshun Studios.
  4. Damage caused by improper storage, including exposure to extreme temperatures, excessive humidity, direct sunlight, or corrosive environments.
  5. Damage incurred during customer assembly or maintenance.
  6. Damage caused by accidents or acts of God.
  7. Minor cosmetic variations between website images and product received.
  8. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase.

Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty start date: Date of delivery confirmation.
  • Original purchaser only: This warranty is non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • No warranty reset: Replacement parts or repairs do not extend or restart coverage. The original delivery date applies.
  • Proof of purchase: We advise all purchasers to retain invoices for warranty purposes.
  • Limitation of liability: This warranty supersedes and replaces all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Oshun Studios be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind. No representative, employee, or agent of Oshun Studios is authorized to assume additional liability beyond what is described above.
