What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Frame and footbar carry a 10-year warranty. Moving parts and upholstery are covered for 12 months. Consumables are excluded.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also check out securely with PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For larger studio orders, we offer flexible payment options such as bank transfer and split invoices—just reach out to our team.
What should I do if I’m having trouble processing my card?
First, double-check that your billing details match the information on file with your card provider. If the issue persists, try an alternative payment method like PayPal or Apple Pay. How long does shipping take?
Every reformer is custom-built to order. Production and preparation take 6 to 9 weeks, then freight delivery takes 10 to 14 business days. Total estimated delivery is 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation.
How does the delivery process work?
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number via email. Our standard delivery includes curbside delivery.
What does curbside delivery mean, and what should I expect?
Curbside delivery means your order will be delivered to your doorstep. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the package upon arrival.
