Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the lead time?
Every reformer is custom-built to order. Production and preparation take 6 to 9 weeks, then freight delivery takes 10 to 14 business days. Total estimated delivery is 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation.
What is included with each unit?
Every Timber Chair arrives studio ready: white glove delivery, your logo engraved or set in metal at no setup fee, and 95% assembly done before it reaches your door.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
We replace the affected unit at no cost and cover return freight.
Which springs should I choose?
Every Timber Chair ships with a full commercial grade spring set. Standard springs are Kiswire, South Korea. Pro springs are drawn by DRAHTWERK WAGENER in Germany. Most studios choose Pro.
Do you support studio owners after purchase?
You get direct access to our team: a real person for equipment questions, setup guidance and troubleshooting, plus partner studios across the US you can visit before you decide.
