Every Oshun Studios reformer is custom-built to order. Production and preparation take 6 to 9 weeks; then freight delivery takes 10 to 14 business days. The total estimated delivery is 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation.

1. Where we deliver

 Free delivery within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or internationally.

2. How your order progresses

 Your order enters production shortly after confirmation. We notify you by email when production begins and again when your equipment is ready for freight. Estimated timelines are estimates, not guarantees; if your order runs beyond the estimated window, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline.

3. White glove delivery, included

 Your equipment ships by LTL freight with white glove service, included at no charge. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, bring your equipment into the room of your choice, unpack it, and remove all packaging. Someone 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Reformers arrive 95 percent assembled; final setup is designed for two people and requires no special tools.

4. Receiving your delivery

 Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Accept the delivery; do not refuse it. If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact hello@oshun-studios.com within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace the affected parts or the entire unit at no cost to you. 5. Address changes

 Email hello@oshun-studios.com as early as possible if your delivery address changes. Address changes are free before freight pickup; after pickup, carrier rerouting fees may apply.

6. Accessories

 Accessories are quoted and shipped together with your studio equipment order.
