This policy applies to orders within the United States, and is designed to provide clear information about our shipping procedures. By placing an order on our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

A. SHIPPING COSTS
Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders.

Express Delivery Products: Free shipping across the USA only. Express orders are fulfilled from our California warehouse.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Standard Orders:

Order Handling Time: 1–14 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Time: 34–46 business days (Monday to Friday).

Express Delivery Products:

Handling Time: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Time: 7–14 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery: 3–4 weeks.

C. DELIVERY TERMS
We use freight truck services for delivery. Please note that deliveries may require someone to be available to receive the item.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you need to change your delivery address, please email us at hello@oshun-studios.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order is in transit, we cannot alter the shipping address.

E. TRACKING
All orders come with a tracking number. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its journey until it reaches you.

F. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before your order has entered production (especially for bespoke or custom Pilates products), you may cancel your order. If production has already begun, please refer to our Refund Policy.

G. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your parcel arrives damaged:

Please reject the delivery (if possible) and contact our support team.
