Every Oshun Studios reformer is custom-built to order, so all sales are final. You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of ordering. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we replace the affected parts or the entire unit at no cost to you.

1. Custom orders are final sale Each reformer is built to your specification and enters production shortly after your order is placed. For this reason we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or fit. This is stated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Cancellations You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Email hello@oshun-studios.com with your order number. After 24 hours, your order is in production and can no longer be cancelled. Cancellation refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Damaged or defective on arrival Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Accept the delivery, do not refuse it. Then:

• Contact hello@oshun-studios.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the damage.
• We respond within 2 business days with a resolution.
• For validated claims, we ship replacement parts at no cost to you. If the unit cannot be repaired with replacement parts, we replace the entire unit at no cost, including shipping.

This remedy is in addition to, and does not limit, your warranty coverage. See our Warranty page.

4. Wrong or incomplete order If you receive the wrong item, configuration, or a missing component, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will correct it at no cost.

5. Studio and multi-unit orders Studio orders placed by invoice require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipment. Deposits are non-refundable once production begins. Full terms are in our Billing Terms & Conditions.

6. Billing disputes If you believe there is an error with a charge, contact us first at hello@oshun-studios.com. We respond to billing questions within 2 business days and resolve legitimate errors promptly.
