Oshun Studios – Studio Collaboration Agreement

(Applies Automatically to All Orders Using the Studio Pricing Offer – 15% Discount)

This agreement outlines the collaboration requirements for studios receiving Oshun Studios’ studio-tier pricing. By placing an order under the Studio Pricing Offer, the studio acknowledges and accepts the following terms:

1. Content Usage & Rights

To maintain brand trust and help showcase real studio environments, the studio grants Oshun Studios:

  • Full permission to use any content (photos, videos, testimonials, reviews, user-generated content) that includes Oshun Studios equipment.
  • Content may be used across all platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, website pages, ads, and emails.

This is a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide usage right.

2. Studio Deliverables (Required)

To qualify for the studio discount and maintain collaboration status, the studio agrees to deliver the following content within 50 days of equipment delivery:

A. Instagram Post (Static or Carousel)

  • One post featuring the completed studio setup.
  • Must tag @oshunstudios or collaboration post.
  • Must include Oshun Studios’ equipment(s) in the shot.

B. Usage Video (16:9)

A 10–45 second video showing the reformer in use inside the studio.

  • Oshun Studios will feature the studio and tag them for visibility and SEO benefits.

C. Testimonial Video

  • One testimonial video in landscape (16:9) - (1-2 minutes).
  • Must show the reformers, discuss the experience, and mention Oshun Studios by name.
  • Can be filmed casually with a phone, authenticity preferred.

3. Deadline

All content must be submitted within 50 days of the equipment delivery date.

4. If Requirements Are Not Met (Enforcement Clause)

If the required content deliverables are not completed within 50 days of the equipment delivery date, the following terms automatically apply:

1. Discount Reversal Invoice (Mandatory)

A Content Non-Fulfillment Fee equal to the discount received (15% of the order total) will be invoiced to the studio.
This invoice must be paid immediately upon receipt.

This fee reflects the original value exchange:
Studio Pricing = Content Collaboration.

If the content is not delivered, the discount is reversed.

2. Warranty Suspension Until Full Compliance

All non-structural and extended support services, including:

  • Complimentary replacement parts
  • Priority support
  • Extended warranty perks
  • Maintenance guidance

will remain fully suspended until:

  1. All missing deliverables are completed, and
  2. The invoice is paid in full.

Once both conditions are satisfied, support will automatically resume.
