This Disclaimer explains, in plain language, the limits of what we promise on this website — how we describe our bespoke commercial Pilates equipment, what natural materials mean for your specific unit, and what you should know about fitness equipment use before a reformer, chair, tower, or barrel enters your studio or home.
One disclaimer, and five separate policies it does not replace.
This Disclaimer sets out the general limits, assumptions, and cautions that apply to everything on oshun-studios.com — our product pages, our About Us page, our photography, and the written content across the site. It is not a substitute for our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty page, Terms of Service, or Privacy Policy. Where this page and one of those documents both touch a topic — for example, delivery timing or warranty coverage — the dedicated policy is the controlling document, and this page simply flags that the topic exists and where to read the full terms.
We wrote this ourselves, specifically for a company that builds physical, made-to-order commercial exercise furniture out of Atlanta, Georgia. It is not a generic legal template, and every commitment below is one we will stand behind in writing if you ask us at hello@oshun-studios.com.
Prices, specs, and lead times are accurate as of publication — and can change.
We keep pricing, dimensions, lead times, and material availability on this website current, and we review product pages against our actual production capacity on an ongoing basis. Even so, a website of this size can carry a typographical error, an outdated lead-time estimate, or a stale spring-supplier note. If we identify a pricing or descriptive error on a product page, order confirmation, or quote before your order ships, we will contact you at the email or phone number on file, explain the correction, and give you the choice to proceed at the corrected price, adjust your order, or cancel for a full refund.
We do not knowingly advertise a price we do not intend to honor, and we do not use errors as a bargaining tactic in either direction. Confirmed studio quotes are held at the quoted price for the validity window stated on the quote itself, typically 30 days, after which current pricing applies.
Every reformer we photograph is real. Yours will still look slightly different.
We photograph our own finished units, not stock imagery or renders. What varies from photo to photo, and from unit to unit, is explained below rather than hidden in fine print.
American Maple and Thai Oak are natural materials
Grain pattern, subtle color depth, and knot placement vary piece to piece by nature. Your Timber Reformer, Split Chair, Origin Reformer, Cadillac Tower, or Ladder Barrel will not be pixel-identical to the unit photographed on its product page.
Upholstery hex matching has a real-world tolerance
We match upholstery to a submitted hex code before production, but display calibration on your screen and dye-lot variation in fabric production mean the delivered color can differ slightly from what you saw on screen when you ordered.
Listed dimensions carry standard build tolerance
Published measurements are accurate to our build specification within an industry-standard tolerance of roughly ±0.5 cm, a byproduct of working in solid wood rather than molded plastic or stamped metal.

Our reformers, chairs, towers, and barrels are commercial-grade exercise apparatus built for use in a Pilates studio, gym, or home practice setting under appropriate instruction. Nothing on this website, in our product descriptions, or in correspondence with our team is medical advice, a medical device claim, or a guarantee of any fitness, rehabilitation, or health outcome. If you have an existing injury, a cardiovascular condition, are pregnant, or have any concern about whether spring-resistance exercise is appropriate for you, consult a physician or licensed healthcare provider before use.

White-glove placement
Our delivery partner carries the unit into your room of choice — included on every order, no separate fee.
Final assembly steps
Minor final steps — footbar attachment, spring hook-up, leveling — are completed on-site, not left to the customer.
Packaging removed
All crating and packaging leaves with the delivery team the same day. Nothing is left for you to dispose of.
Because our warranty terms are tied to correct assembly and use, disassembling, relocating, or modifying the frame, spring hardware, or upholstery yourself may affect coverage. If you need to relocate a unit after delivery, contact us first at hello@oshun-studios.com so we can advise on the safest approach; full terms are in our Warranty page.
We name our steel suppliers because it's true, not to imply their endorsement.

Referenced as one of our two commercial spring sources. Their name is used descriptively to identify the manufacturer of a physical component in our products; it does not indicate sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement of Oshun Studios LLC by that company.

Referenced as the second of our two commercial spring sources, for the same descriptive purpose. Any trademarks, logos, or brand names of third-party material suppliers referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

Our Studio ROI Calculator produces an illustrative financial estimate based on figures you enter; it is a planning tool, not a guarantee of revenue, return on investment, or business outcome, and should not be the sole basis for a purchasing or business decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oshun Studios LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products, including lost studio revenue, missed class schedules, or business interruption, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. This limitation does not apply to claims covered under our written Warranty, our obligations under the Return & Refund Policy, or liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be waived, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose under the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in your state, to the extent such warranties apply.
We currently sell to, and ship within, the 48 contiguous United States only.
We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the United States, primarily due to freight logistics for large, crated furniture. If your studio is outside our current delivery footprint, contact us at hello@oshun-studios.com — we periodically evaluate expanded freight lanes for confirmed studio orders.
Some states add rules on top of federal law. Here is how they apply to us.
California — Proposition 65
Our wood finishes, adhesives, and upholstery are selected with California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (Proposition 65) disclosure requirements in mind. If a Proposition 65 warning is required for a specific product shipped to California, it is disclosed on that product's page or included with the shipment.
California, New York & Other Filling-Material States
Our upholstered components — reformer carriages, chair seats, and padded elements — carry the manufacturer disclosures required by states that regulate concealed stuffing and filling materials in upholstered furniture, including registration and law-tag requirements where applicable.
State Sales & Use Tax
We calculate and collect state sales tax automatically at checkout based on your delivery state's current economic nexus rules and applicable rate. If your state or locality exempts commercial fitness equipment or offers a resale exemption and you qualify, contact us before ordering with your documentation.
Cooling-Off & Cancellation Rules
Federal Trade Commission rules on cancellation apply to certain in-person sales away from our place of business; because Oshun Studios LLC sells exclusively online, our order-cancellation window is instead governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which sets out how long you have to cancel a made-to-order build before production begins.
Implied Warranty Rights by State
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, so the limitations described in our Warranty terms may not apply to you in full. Where state law grants broader protection than our written warranty, the broader state-law protection controls for consumers in that state.
Your State May Provide Additional Rights
This section highlights the state rules most relevant to a made-to-order furniture business; it is not an exhaustive list of every state statute. Your state's consumer protection, deceptive trade practices, or product safety laws may grant rights beyond what is described here, and those rights are not waived by this page.

This section describes how Oshun Studios LLC currently operates and is general information, not a complete restatement of every applicable statute or a substitute for independent legal advice. We will tell you when something is genuinely out of our hands.
Occasionally, events outside our reasonable control — severe weather, carrier disruptions, raw-material shortages from our German or South Korean spring suppliers, or similar circumstances — can extend a build or delivery timeline beyond the window quoted at checkout. When this happens, we notify affected customers directly by email with a revised estimate rather than leaving an order silent, consistent with the commitments in our Shipping Policy.
We may update this Disclaimer as our products, suppliers, or operations change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of this website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised page. Material changes affecting an order already in production will be communicated to the affected customer directly.
