Your data.
Your call.
Under California, Colorado, Virginia, and Connecticut privacy law, you can ask us to stop selling or sharing your personal information for advertising, and to access, correct, or delete what we hold. Use the form below to submit any of those requests directly.
Six requests, plainly named.
These map to rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), the Colorado Privacy Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act. You do not need to name the law — just tell us which request applies using the form below.
Right to Know / Access
Ask what categories of personal information we've collected about you, where it came from, and what it's used for.
Right to Delete
Ask us to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to exceptions like active orders, warranty records, and legal retention requirements.
Right to Correct
Ask us to fix inaccurate personal information — a misspelled name, an outdated address, or an incorrect email on file.
Right to Opt Out of Sale & Sharing
Ask us to stop any sale or sharing of your personal information, and to stop using cookies for targeted or cross-context advertising.
Right to Non-Discrimination
You will never receive worse pricing, worse service, or a denied order because you exercised any of these rights.
Right to Appeal
If we deny a request, Colorado, Virginia, and Connecticut residents can ask us to reconsider that decision.
A note on Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Some browsers and extensions send an automatic "Global Privacy Control" signal that's meant to be treated as an opt-out of sale/sharing under California law. We do not yet have automated GPC detection wired into this site. Until we do, the form below is the reliable way to record your opt-out request — and using it takes about the same amount of time as enabling a GPC extension in the first place.
One form, every request type.
Select as many request types as apply. We verify every request against the contact details on your Oshun Studios order or account before acting on it.
- We respond within 45 days, as required by law, with a possible 45-day extension for complex requests.
- We may ask for additional information solely to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
- An authorized agent can submit on your behalf — see the toggle in the form.
Four steps from submission to resolution.
We confirm receipt
You'll get an email confirming your request was received, typically within a few business days.
We verify identity
We match your request to the email or order details on file. We may ask a follow-up question if we can't verify it.
We act on it
Opt-outs are applied to our analytics and advertising tags; access, correction, and deletion requests are processed against our records.
We confirm completion
You receive written confirmation within 45 days of submission, or notice of a 45-day extension if the request is complex.
Exercising a privacy right never costs you anything here.
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a lower level of service because you submitted a request on this page. Because our reformers are custom-built to order, deleting information tied to an active or recent order may delay or affect that specific order — if that applies to your request, we'll tell you plainly before proceeding, not after.
