Oshun Studios LLC was founded in Atlanta, Georgia to solve a specific problem: studio owners were choosing between mass-produced reformers that looked identical to every competitor's, or overseas custom shops with no accountability once the wire transfer cleared. We build the alternative — a single American-registered company, a named team, and one production standard applied to every order, whether it is one reformer for a spare bedroom or twelve for a flagship studio floor.
We do not run a warehouse of finished stock. When you order from Oshun Studios, your wood, your upholstery color, your spring configuration, and your studio's engraved logo enter a build queue that exists for that order alone. Nothing ships until it is built for you.
That also means we are transparent about the trade-off: bespoke, made-to-order furniture takes longer than a same-week Amazon delivery, and we would rather explain that plainly here than have a customer discover it after checkout. Every claim below is something we will put in writing on an invoice or a spec sheet. If we cannot verify it, we do not print it here.
Solid American Maple or Thai Oak
No veneer, no particleboard core, in any model. Buyers choose Maple or Oak at checkout; both are graded for continuous commercial studio use, not residential occasional use.
German and South Korean commercial steel
Six commercial-grade springs per reformer — one more than the industry standard of five — drawn by DRAHTWERK WAGENER in Germany or Kiswire in South Korea. Springs are treated as a wear consumable, not a warranted part; see coverage terms below.
Graded for eight-hour class days
Foam and upholstery are specified for continuous daily class traffic, in any color a studio's brand requires. Send a hex code and we match it before production begins.

Design together
Wood species, upholstery matched to your brand palette, and logo placement. You approve every detail before production starts.
Built to order, 6–9 weeks
Production and quality inspection. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day enter the queue that same day.
Freight delivery, 10–14 business days
White-glove liftgate delivery, placement in your room of choice, unpacking, and packaging removal — included in every order.
We carry the risk after delivery, not just before it.
Every reformer we ship — one unit or twelve — is covered by the same written terms. White-glove freight delivery is included at no charge on every order: liftgate service, placement in your room of choice, unpacking, and full packaging removal, arriving 95 percent assembled. Behind that sits a 10-year structural warranty on the frame and footbar, 12 months on moving parts and upholstery, and lifetime spring replacement — parts and shipping covered — for studio partners ordering three or more units. We build for two studio launches per quarter — on purpose.
We intentionally limit multi-unit studio partnerships to a small number each quarter so that every order, large or small, gets the same hands-on attention during design and build. This is also why lead times run 6 to 9 weeks in production and 8 to 12 weeks total from order confirmation to delivery — the honest reason is capacity, not a lack of stock we're hiding. How we operate under US law, plainly stated.
We are a US-registered LLC selling physical, made-to-order furniture. The commitments below describe how that shapes our operations. This section is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.
Business Registration
Oshun Studios LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United States, EIN 99-2375923, with its registered office at 8735 Dunwoody Place STE R, Atlanta, GA 30350. Our full legal and business identity is also published on our Legal Notice page.
FTC Mail, Internet & Telephone Order Rule
Because every reformer is custom-built rather than shipped from stock, we follow the FTC's rule on delayed shipment for made-to-order goods: we state our production and delivery windows before checkout, and if a build runs past the estimated window, we notify the customer by email with a revised timeline rather than leaving the order silent.
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act
Our written warranty terms — what is covered, what is excluded, and how to file a claim — are disclosed in full, in plain language, on our Warranty page before purchase, consistent with federal requirements for written consumer product warranties.
Country-of-Origin Accuracy
We do not describe our reformers as "Made in USA" as an unqualified claim. Frames are built from American Maple or imported Thai Oak, and springs are sourced from Germany or South Korea; final assembly, finishing, and quality inspection take place in the United States. We describe this accurately rather than using a blanket origin claim, consistent with FTC Made in USA labeling guidance.
State Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and collected automatically at checkout based on your delivery state's economic nexus rules and current rate. We ship only within the 48 contiguous United States; we do not currently collect or remit tax for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations because we do not deliver there.
Upholstered Furniture & Materials Labeling
Our upholstered components carry the manufacturer disclosures required for stuffed and upholstered furniture sold into US states that regulate concealed filling materials, and our wood finishes and adhesives are selected with California Proposition 65 disclosure requirements in mind for orders delivered into California.
General Product Safety
As commercial exercise furniture, our reformers, chairs, towers, and barrels are engineered for structural stability under repeated commercial load and daily class use. We have no open recalls. Any safety concern reported to us is investigated directly with the customer and, where warranted, escalated per our warranty claims process.
Consumer Right of Return
Because each unit is built specifically to a customer's chosen wood, upholstery color, and logo, our return terms differ from off-the-shelf retail — full conditions, timelines, and exceptions for made-to-order goods are set out in detail in our Return & Refund Policy.
