You may view, browse, and share links to this site for personal, non-commercial use — forward a product page to a business partner, save a photo for your own moodboard, or link to us from your own site. What visiting and browsing oshun-studios.com does and does not permit.
Permitted
- Browsing the site and viewing product pages for your own purchase decision
- Linking to oshun-studios.com from your own website or social media
- Saving or sharing a product photo for personal reference, such as a studio design moodboard
- Quoting a short excerpt of our text with clear attribution back to us
Not Permitted
- Scraping, crawling, or bulk-downloading site content, pricing, or product data by automated means
- Copying our page layouts, section designs, or written policy language to build or resell a website template
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting the underlying code, structure, or logic of this site or its checkout
- Using our product photography, renderings, or copy in your own advertising, listings, or competing website
Your studio's upholstery color, wood finish, and engraved logo are your intellectual property once we deliver.
Because every Oshun reformer is built to a studio's own specification, ownership of that specific design needs to be stated plainly, not left implied. This is the section we ask every studio partner to read before placing a multi-unit order.
Your specification is yours upon delivery
Once your reformer, chair, tower, or barrel is delivered, the specific combination you chose — your upholstery color, wood finish selection, and your studio's logo as engraved into the frame — belongs to you as your own design specification and brand asset.
We do not resell your exact upholstery color-and-logo combination to another customer as a packaged "look," and we do not represent your specific configuration as available stock to anyone else.
We retain the right to photograph our own work
We retain the right to photograph and use images of completed reformers we have built, including in our marketing, portfolio, and social media, because the underlying frame, joinery, and craftsmanship are our work product.
Where a photograph clearly and identifiably shows your studio's own engraved logo or brand-matched upholstery, we will ask for your consent before publishing it. General product photography that does not identify your studio does not require separate consent.
Owning your reformer does not include reselling the design method
Purchasing a custom reformer gives you the physical piece of equipment and your own specification, as described above. It does not give you the right to resell, license, or offer "our reformer design" or "our custom upholstery specification" as a design or manufacturing service to a competing studio or manufacturer.

We review the claim
We review the notice for completeness and locate the material identified. Incomplete notices are returned with a request for the missing information.
We remove or disable access
Where a notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the party who posted or supplied it, where applicable.
Counter-notice window
The affected party may submit a counter-notice as described below; absent a valid counter-notice, the material stays down.
Five elements, required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), before we can act on a takedown request.
To keep this process fair to everyone, we can only act on notices that include what the law requires. A notice missing any of the items below will be returned to you with a request to complete it.

We will consider properly submitted counter-notices as provided under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Repeat, verified infringers of this policy will have their access to purchase from or interact with this site restricted.

Our Trademarks
"Oshun Studios™," our logo, and our product names — including the Timber Reformer, Origin Reformer, Jet Reformer, Split Chair, Cadillac Tower, and Ladder Barrel — are trademarks and trade names of Oshun Studios LLC, used in commerce in connection with our furniture. These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any way likely to cause confusion, without our prior written permission.
Platform & Checkout
This website is built and hosted on Shopify, and payment processing at checkout is provided by Shopify's supported payment gateways and the card networks and digital wallets we accept. Those services are the property of their respective owners and are used under license or standard merchant terms.
Typography
This site uses the Fraunces, Inter, and JetBrains Mono typefaces, made available through Google Fonts under their respective open-source licenses. We credit these type designers and foundries for work that is not our own.
Icons & Interface Elements
Interface icons used across this site are drawn in a consistent line-icon style for our own design system; where any third-party icon set or component library is used, it is used under its published license terms.
